The Write Kitchen

Hello, writers!
The school year has begun (for most of us), and it's time to start cookin' with words.
We will begin with nouns. Nouns are the names we give to persons, places, things (including living things like plants and animals), and ideas. Study  the document titled "Nouns" and complete the worksheets titled "Nouns 1" and "Nouns 2." Email me (elsapla@writecook.com) if you have questions.
Talk to you soon,
Write Cook

Nouns 1 (PDF — 39 KB)
Nouns 2 (PDF — 64 KB)
P.S. What's your favorite after-school snack?

Thanks so much for all the wonderful information to help us learn how to be writers! My girls are doing online virtual school and they are being asked to write for their Language Arts class. This website will be very helpful! Your son, David told me about it! I look forward to passing it on to others and visiting this website often!
